Do you know the precautions for laying refractory bricks?

Before laying refractory bricks, do a good job of safety precaution training for masonry personnel, the availability of construction equipment, and smooth water and electricity work, and carry out construction in accordance with the following requirements.

(1) Masonry refractory bricks shall be accurately released by measurement according to the design requirements. The center and elevation of the furnace shall be checked to check the dimensions and relevant elevations of the masonry.

(2) Refractory brick masonry shall be built in staggered joints, the mud in the joints of masonry bricks shall be full, and the surface shall be jointed. When dry-laid, in addition to the design requirements, it should generally be filled with dry refractory powder.

(3) Chisel bricks shall not be cut on the refractory brick masonry. When laying bricks, wood hammers and rubber hammers shall be used for correction. After the mud has dried up, do not beat the masonry.

(4) The processing surface of the brick should not face the inner surface of the hearth and the furnace channel or the expansion joint.

(5) When bricklaying is interrupted or reworked and demolished, a stepped ramp shall be made.
(6) The processing bricks of refractory brick masonry shall not use bricks processed to a width less than 1/2 or a thickness less than 2/3.

(7) Combination bricks shall be built in accordance with the inner diameter, size and elevation of the assembled bricks.

(8) Masonry chimneys are allowed only when there are settling joints between the chimneys and chimneys or other buildings. Settlement joints shall be protected from ventilation and water infiltration.

(9) The vault of the underground flue can only be inserted into the lock brick after the soil is backfilled outside the wall.

(10) Refractory masonry and heat-insulated masonry shall be protected from moisture during construction to production.

It is very important to build the bottom of the furnace, especially pay close attention to the tight combination of the bottom of the furnace to prevent risks such as penetration and bottoming after putting into production.
